My personal work is a mixture of documentary and street photography. I prefer, but in no way adhere to, the medium of film. This work is inspired heavily by the masters of photography such as Lee Friedlander, William Christenberry, Robert Frank, and Sally Mann, and by a range of other art, especially American folk music and literature.

It is my personal philosophy that none of my images are done until they are printed in some way. Therefore, none of these images are finished works of art.
